Amnesia Atomica Poster
Project summary:
The 2022 Amnesia Atomica Exhibition, May 17-20 in Times Square, needed a poster to commemorate this public showcase's multi-year planning, focusing on a world without nuclear weapons. The poster is a brand launch for PATH Collective, so the colors will be from their brand guide. Other factors that need to be implemented in the poster are other contributors' names, artwork from the exhibition (such as Pedro Reye's Zero Nukes work and Rob Baker's POAP), the PATH logo, and a sense of forward thinking.
Animation
While this poster was designed for print, the bright colors and graphic appearance were too tempting not to animate and share in the digital space. This poster was a test in marrying multiple visual components to create a motion graphic that summarizes the feeling of the event.

Include PATH’s designed NFT, created by digital artist Rob Baker. The NFT token will be shared at the event.

This event will also serve as PATH Collective’s launch with its new branding.

PROTOTYPING
Initial Concept Sketches
This design focused on the location and how to use the composition to hide PATH's logo on the street. To add visual interest and to communicate the connection between the various elements, all the directional lines meet together at the center of the composition using one-point perspective.
Centered on the branded logo, pixelated elements of Times Square, along with the other featured artists’ work, will surround the PATH Collective mark.
NFTs and digital art inspired this design. Using the footprint, we can showcase art and repeat the squares into the distance to give the notion of "sharing" or going "viral.”
EXECUTION
